Are These Theories True???
I am going to be honest right now and say that some of these are true and yet some are not. I am the youngest of three children and I have two older brothers. My oldest brother Matthew is very outgoing and hard working. He is probably the most outgoing which is the complete opposite of what these theories said. The theories also said that the youngest child is the most outgoing however I am the quietest and most shy. I used to be afraid to talk to my cousin and I would hide behind my parents legs to hide from him.
When it comes to the middle child the part about them being more rebellious is true because a lot of times they feel overshadowed and start to act out to get that attention. This is very true when it comes to my brother Jarrod. When he was a teenager he would act out in small ways to get more attention from my parents.
When it comes to the youngest there is one thing that is very true which is the fact that they love being in the spotlight. This is true for me even though I am very shy, I was always the one that wanted to do theater, show choir, dance, voice lessons, etc. I always loved being in the spotlight and still do.
A lot of these theories I find true for my family, however, every family is different and will find different results for this.
